NB6L295MMNG Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. With the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. As a result of the supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V, reliable performance is possible. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. A 512 tap/step configuration is provided. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number NB6L295 are universally preferred. The terminals are placed at QUAD. As a result, it is equipped with 24 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 2.5V is provided. It is developed based on the advanced ECL technology.
