SSM2603CPZ-REEL7 Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Its Stereo Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.8V~3.6V. Supply voltage is set to 1.5V~3.6V for the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 28 terminations. The device has a 28-pin configuration.
