UC3836N Description
UC3836N is a type of high-efficiency regulator controller specifically designed for the design of low-cost, low-dropout, linear regulators. Dropout voltages of less than 0.5V are readily obtained by using an external pass element. It is able to provide a suite of protection features when operating, including under-voltage lockout for predictable start-up, thermal shutdown and short-circuit current limiting.
