RXEF025 Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages to ensure their protection. A Bulk is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature of this thermistor below 85°C to ensure proper operation. PTC thermistors have terminations of 2. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 72V voltage. For PTC thermistors, 250mA is the current. The DC circuit uses thermistors with a 72V voltage rating. It is recommended that PTC thermistors produce 450mW heat. Ildeally, the current through PTC thermistors should be less than 40A.
