Analog Switches & Multiplexers ICs
Special Purpose Analog Switches can connect multiple sensors to the input of an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), digitizing each sensor in turn. The same approach can be applied to communication buses, where each transceiver can share the bus at fixed intervals.
