NPA-700B-015D Overview
We have included this transducer in the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package for your convenience. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C. Supply voltages as low as 4.75V~5.25V work well with the transducers. Temperatures of up to 125°C are possible for transducers. Transducers cannot be operated below -40°C. A transducer will not operate properly unless the 14 pins are connected. There is a Cut Tape (CT) package attached to this electronic component. When the transducers are supplied with a nominal supply current of 1mA, they can operate normally. The transducers must release a voltage of 5V in order to function correctly. In order for the transducers to work continuously at the rated ambient temperature, DC voltage should be 5V. It is possible to apply a voltage of 5.5V to the transducers without causing damage. The transducers can operate at the minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
