MoSys, Inc. is a company that focuses on developing memory-based products. In the beginning, it was committed to developing the 1-T (transistor) memory IP. In order to identify and add smart memory functions to memory for faster execution of common tasks performed in many systems, we created the accelerator engine family. These accelerator engines has the characteristic of large high-speed memories. It have optional in-memory accelerator functions. Its capabilities contain High capacity memory of 576 Mb or 1.152 Gb with a tRC of 3.2 ns;High-speed embedded in-memory functions (intelligence), which include BURST and RMW; a MoSys provided high bandwidth RTL controller. The series of Blazar accelerator engines offer system architects/designers with acceleration options that include software and hardware options not available from competing products.
