MPC9600AER2 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 48-LQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.375V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output.
