NCP21XM472J03RA Overview
Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. 0805 (2012 Metric) includes it as a convenience. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±5%. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Throughout these NTC thermistors, there are 2 terminations. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins of the NTC thermistors in order for them to function properly. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 200mW of power. It is possible for NTC thermistors to run at a constant current all the way down to 650μA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
