DS1135Z-6+ Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
